Actualmente buscamos un Ingeniero de Workplace para un importante cliente. Te integrarás en su HUB en Madrid: Key Responsibilities: Intune Device Management: Configuration, policies, scripts, and compliance for Windows, MAC, iOS, and Android devices. Device Imaging: Manage SCCM Task Sequences, Intune Autopilot, and manufacturer image management. SCCM Management: PE image creation, task sequence scripting, task sequence variables, PXE, and SCCM distribution. Autopilot: Reseller registration, group tags, Azure Active Directory group management, and Windows deployment. Apple Business Manager: Reseller registration, role management, Apple federation, and device revocation. Printer Management: Manage Universal Print, YSoft, Uniflow, and cloud printing solutions. Required Qualifications: 4+ years of experience in a similar role Experience with Microsoft Intune Experience working within a global enterprise on deploying and supporting global projects Good knowledge with Autopilot Knowledge in Active Directory, Cloud Printer Management of advantage Knolwedge in SCCM/MECM L3 Ticket Management: Skilled in handling complex support tickets Strong collaboration & teamwork skills, with the ability to work in an agile set-up Fluent level of English both written and spoken
