Job Responsibilities / Role: As a Scrum Master you'll be responsible for: Driving the Product Owner and the Scrum team to deliver the backlog of requirements. Attending committees and reporting progress and milestones using Agile tools to stakeholders to track various deliveries. Coaching the team members in self-management and cross-functionality. Holding regular retrospectives to encourage a culture of continuous improvement. Removing any impediments within the scrum team and stakeholders. Working with team members to establish a positive working culture and a high-performing team. Mandatory skills: Proven experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile software development environment, ideally in financial services industry. Ability to work with multiple squads. Guide and coach, the teams on implementing Agile/Scrum practices and principles. Coach the team on self-organization and cross-functionality. Sound knowledge with tools such as JIRA and Confluence. Knows how to work their way around helping the team with impediments and raising blockers and issues with high level management to address those. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement Strong written and verbal communication skills in English Nº years of experience - 3+ years Labor Conditions: Project Duration: Stable Work mode: Full remote.
