Mandatory skills: Proven experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile software development environment, ideally in financial services industry. Ability to work with multiple squads. Guide and coach, the teams on implementing Agile/Scrum practices and principles. Coach the team on self-organization and cross-functionality. Sound knowledge with tools such as JIRA and Confluence. Knows how to work their way around helping the team with impediments and raising blockers and issues with high level management to address those.
