Description: Desde Grupo Digital, queremos incorporar un/a Analista Dynatrace para trabajar en colaboración con uno de nuestros grandes clientes. Job description/ Funciones: Diseño de arquitecturas y soluciones de Observabilidad basadas en Dynatrace. Administración y customización de la solución. Se requiere Años de experiencia: A partir de 3 años Titulación requerida: Titulado/a sup. o medio, Grado (FP). Idiomas: Opcional y muy valorado inglés, pero no excluyente. Disponibilidad para guardias puntuales. Requisitos imprescindibles Conocimiento de herramientas: Dynatrace AppDynamics Elastic New Relic Microfocus Python Shell script Ansible RunDeck Terraform Chef Puppet Azure Monitor AWS CloudWatch ServiceNow Requisitos deseables Conocimiento en sistemas de orquestación (Terraform, Chef, Puppet...). Conocimiento de AWS y Azure. Experiencia en implementación de soluciones AIOPS. Haber trabajado en pruebas de rendimiento / ingeniería / actividades de análisis (Azure Monitor, AWS CloudWatch) Manejo de ServiceNow (Ticket + CMDB) ¿Qué es lo que le ofrecemos? Minimum requirements: 4 years of experiencie as Murex Business/Functional Analyst to work in PostTrade tribe, following agile methodology Financial products life cycle Communication skills with Front office, Risks and IT teams Resolution oriented Being able to analize, recognize, document and prevent issues related to Murex and integration with surrounding systems High level of English Job Responsibilities / Role: As a Murex Support Functional Specialist you will work in agile/not agile frameworks, being part of a Suport team and providing the users with solutions to any issue that may arise, helping them to get the best from Murex to facilitate the business objectives. We need somebody to help us in different fronts: Strongly serving and supporting the client and Development Team in their quest to do everything possible to delight customer Providing all support to the teams with criteria and determination Follow with different teams the development and test evolution Available for periodic on-duty support Removing impediments/risks. Active participation to remove impediments or finding the right personnel to remove the risks Facilitating the effectiveness and continuous improvement of the process being followed by the team. Facilitating discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution.
