En la Agencia Norte buscamos incorporar en nuestro equipo de proyectos un/a profesional Técnico/a de Sistemas con experiencia en Dynatrace para colaborar en el ámbito de una entidad pública en proceso de transformación tecnológica. Entre las funciones del día a día se encuentran... Administración de sistemas. Diagnóstico y resolución de incidencias de rendimiento. Implantación, configuración y uso de Dynatrace. ¿Qué Necesitamos? Para ello, nos gustaría que aportaras... Experiencia de al menos 2 años en administración de sistemas Linux/Windows. Conocimientos y/o experiencia en uso, configuración o implantación de Dynatrace. Conocimientos de monitorización APM y observabilidad. Experiencia en diagnóstico y resolución de incidencias de rendimiento. Requisitos deseados Valoramos positivamente si aportas... Certificaciones oficiales en Dynatrace o en otras herramientas APM (AppDynamics, New Relic, Datadog). Experiencia con microservicios, contenedores y Kubernetes/OpenShift. Conocimientos en cloud pública (AWS, Azure, GCP). Experiencia en automatización e integración CI/CD. Familiaridad con ITIL/SRE y gestión de incidencias en plataformas ITSM (ServiceNow, JIRA, etc.). ¿Qué Ofrecemos?
