Job Offer Description

Join a large-scale Cloud Contact Centre transformation programme focused on modern customer interaction platforms built on AWS and Salesforce technologies.

You'll work within Agile squads helping to improve the quality, stability and customer experience of critical Contact Centre and IVR solutions used across international banking environments.

 

 

 

Conditions

  • Permanent contract
  • 100% remote within Spain
  • Working hours: 09:00 - 18:00
  • Summer schedule: 08:00 - 15:00
  • Salary: According to experience
  • Start date: Immediate
  • Long-term project (initial 1-year assignment)

 

 

 

What you'll do

  • Define and execute QA test requirements across Contact Centre solutions
  • Perform manual and automated testing activities
  • Identify, report and help resolve defects before production release
  • Collaborate closely with developers, engineers and tech leads within Agile squads
  • Support transformation and BAU initiatives within Cloud Contact Centre services
  • Contribute to improving testing processes, quality standards and customer experience
  • Ensure solutions meet business and technical quality expectations

 

 

Mandatory skills

  • Advanced English level (C1 minimum)
  • 2+ years of experience in QA roles within technology teams
  • Experience working with QA management systems and testing tools
  • Experience executing manual and automated testing plans
  • Experience working in Agile environments
  • Strong understanding of software quality assurance principles
  • Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary technical teams
  • Candidates must currently be located in Spain

 

 

 

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of Contact Centres and IVR solutions
  • Experience with telephony or agent desktop platforms
  • Familiarity with AWS and Salesforce environments
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
  • Innovative and proactive approach
