Description: At Grupo Digital, we are looking for a Technical Support profile Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Professional. Generalist to join our Santander AT SCIB team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in the maintenance and monitoring of systems, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring the optimal functionality of various environments. This role demands a deep understanding of system architecture, user requirements, and technical processes. Key Responsibilities MongoDB Administration: Design and execute queries, perform backups, and manage collections. Process Orchestration: Update and manage daily processes using Control-M, including understanding and maintaining the job mesh.System Maintenance: Provide OS-level, server-level, and application-level support. Incident Management: Handle low-level incidents, analyze application logs, and relaunch processes in Control-M. Testing & Integration: Conduct system tests, deployments, and software maintenance across all environments (testing, homologation, production). Client Support: Assist teams such as Quants and homologation teams with technical issues and enhancements. Collaboration: Partner effectively with technology teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations. On-call Shifts: Participate in occasional guard duties and shift changes. Minimum requirements: Qualifications and Skills Technical Skills Operating Systems: Advanced knowledge of Linux and Windows. Scripting: Proficient in Bash, PowerShell, and Python. Control-M: Advanced expertise, including Job as Code. Continuous Integration Tools: Experience with GitHub, Jenkins, and UrbanCode. Database Management: Intermediate-level MongoDB. Integration Tools: Tibco Business Work 5 (User Level). Agile Methodology: Experience working in agile environments. Experience Required Minimum 4 years of relevant technical support experience Soft Skills Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical mindset. High attention to detail and capacity to handle complex environments. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Language Proficiency English: Advanced (Minimum B1 level required). Responsabilidades Clave Ser parte del equipo de expertos técnicos para la solución. Diseñar, construir y gestionar una distribución personalizada de Linux para el hardware propietario de la empresa. Desarrollar informes de sistemas y monitoreo de la salud del sistema operativo. Mantener actualizaciones y parches de seguridad. Mejorar la infraestructura, el sistema operativo y el software a través de ajustes de rendimiento y personalización de la configuración. Gestionar el ciclo de vida de los servicios mediante el despliegue, la operación y la mejora continua. Resolver problemas críticos de desarrollo y producción. Automatizar cambios de configuración. Prácticas de desarrollo ágil. ¿Qué debes cumplir? Al menos 3 años de experiencia práctica y una sólida base en administración de sistemas operativos y computación en la nube. Administración de sistemas operativos: Windows, Red Hat, Debian/Ubuntu o similar. Habilidades de scripting: Powershell, Bash. Tecnologías de contenedores: Docker Swarm y Kubernetes. Entornos multi-nube: Azure, Google Cloud Platform y AWS. Flujos y herramientas de CI/CD: Gitlab, Jenkins. Herramientas de monitoreo: ELK, Grafana, Zabbix. Gestión de configuraciones: Ansible, Puppet Buenas habilidades de comunicación para interactuar de manera profesional con el personal de toda la organización. Experiencia en arquitecturas distribuidas y de alto tráfico; balanceo de carga, colas o similar. Aspectos deseables Buen conocimiento en la configuración de máquinas virtuales y sistemas operativos (VMWare y VirtualBox). Experiencia trabajando en pipelines de clientes móviles (Android e iOS) y publicación en Play Store y Apple Store.
