PERFIL: Cloud Platform Engineer We are looking for 1 temporary Cloud Operator and Platform Manager to cover a paternity leave for at least 6 weeks. The person will manage and support the delivery of EDAA BI & Analytics operations services for Cloud platforms and applications (Microsoft Azure and AWS, etc.. MODALIDAD DE TRABAJO: Remoto 100% (en España DURACIÓN: Sustitución, permiso de paternidad (6 semanas FUNCIONES: Delivery and management of IaaS, PaaS and SaaS components for cloud projects and platforms. Provide customer support and guidance through cloud infrastructure best practices and architecture Design and manage secure, compliant and scalable Client cloud solutions Manages, monitoring and alerts within Client cloud subscriptions and accounts Supervises the correct execution of incident and problem management, including communication and escalations with vendors. Manages technical governance of the platform. Creates and maintains general documentations and guidelines of cloud platforms and projects. Manage the availability of the production instances of cloud services. Understands the scalability, capacity, security, redundancy and performance attributes and requirements of the cloud services. Resolution of incidents giving support to operating system level. Wide knowledge on azure pipelines and bicep code deployment focused on infrastructure deployment Assists with the coordination of a team of Cloud Platform engineers providing technical support to stakeholders and end-users. Supervises and quality-assures the drafting of key policy documents to ensure compliance to the organization's rules. PERFIL: Azure Synapse Data Engineering MODALIDAD DE TRABAJO: Remoto 100% HORARIO: L-J de 09:00 a 18:30. V de 08:00 a 15:00 SECTOR: Insurance FUNCIONES: Implementation of Azure Synapse Tool Stack into Client IT landscape Integration to other sources, feeders, regulatory systems Customer consulting to ensure e2e use case coverage with the given tool landscape in an cost efficient application design Infrastructure & Components: Comprehensive understanding of Azure infrastructure, including storage accounts, virtual networks, and security configurations. Experience in deploying and managing Synapse components such as SQL pools, Spark pools, and Data Explorer pools. Azure Synapse Analytics: Proficient in leveraging/configuring/deploying/maintaining Azure Synapse for data integration, big data analytics, and data warehousing. Skilled in configuring Synapse workspaces, managing data pipelines, and optimizing query performance. MLOps using Azure Machine Learning: Capable of deploying machine learning models, automating ML workflows, and monitoring model performance (no practical experience with ML needed, team is only providing the infrastructure for the ML models Azure Event Hubs: In-depth knowledge of Azure Event Hubs for real-time data ingestion and stream processing. Skilled in configuring event hubs, managing event streams, and integrating with other Azure services for real-time analytics. Troubleshooting & Optimization: Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on identifying and resolving issues within the Azure Synapse environment.
