Key job responsibilities Work in an agile environment to deliver high quality software Design and execute innovative solutions to improve the searching experience, through a deep knowledge on Search environment and technologies across all the steps of the Search customer journey (Query Understanding, Matching, Relevance, Rendering, Format Faceout Optimization and Navigation) Implement professional software engineering practices & best practices for the full software development life cycle, including agile development, coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations Manage small and medium-sized technical projects with minimal supervision REQUISITOS BÁSICOS Experience (non-internship) in professional software development Experience designing or architecting (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems Experience programming with at least one modern language such as Java, C++, or C# including object-oriented design REQUISITOS DESEADOS Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent Experience with full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations Excellence in technical communication with scientists and engineers. Funciones: Desarrollar aplicaciones en lenguaje RPG (free-form). Uso de herramienta PDM o Rational como editor de código. Versionado e instalación de conjuntos de objetos mediante herramienta interna SEPA. Desarrollar consultas de base de datos de complejidad alta, con lenguaje SQL. Conocimientos de patrones de diseño en RPG Comprensión de diagramas de diseño realizados con UML Ejecutar casos de prueba de sistema, unitarias, integración, regresión y registrar el resultado de las mismas. Se valorará la experiencia en SCRUM, estimar y controlar con precisión el tiempo necesario para la realización del trabajo que se le encomiende. Capacidad para diseñar módulos correctamente estructurados y reutilizables. Se tendrá en cuenta la experiencia en el manejo de la plataforma JIRA.
