Responsabilidades del puesto
- Detectar y desarrollar nuevas oportunidades comerciales vinculadas a la migración desde entornos Server y Data Center, así como a la implantación completa de soluciones Atlassian Cloud.Identificar cuentas potenciales que aún no utilizan herramientas Atlassian y liderar el proceso comercial desde la detección de necesidades hasta el cierre.Ampliar la adopción de productos Atlassian Cloud en clientes existentes, promoviendo casos de uso en distintas áreas de negocio.Establecer relaciones sólidas y de largo plazo con clientes estratégicos
- .Entender los requisitos técnicos y de negocio de cada cliente para diseñar soluciones adaptadas con productos como Jira, Confluence o Rovo.Coordinar junto al equipo técnico y los gerentes comerciales la preparación y presentación de propuestas comerciales y demostraciones de producto, adaptadas a cada cliente.Cumplir y superar los objetivos de venta semestrales.Mantenerte actualizado sobre las últimas novedades de la plataforma Atlassian Cloud, incluyendo capacidades de inteligencia artificial, analítica avanzada y teamwork graph.
Perfil requerido
- Al menos 5 años de experiencia en ventas y desarrollo de negocio en el sector tecnológico.
- Mínimo 2 años vendiendo soluciones Atlassian Cloud, incluyendo migraciones desde Server/DC o gestionando migraciones desde entornos on-premise a soluciones SaaS.
- Conocimiento profundo de Jira, Confluence, Guard y otras herramientas de Atlassian o experiencia con plataformas similares del mercado (por ejemplo, ServiceNow, Monday.com, Asana o soluciones equivalentes).
- Experiencia en venta consultiva de soluciones SaaS y modelos de suscripción.
- Habilidades de comunicación claras y efectivas a nivel ejecutivo.Alta capacidad de negociación, autonomía y orientación a resultados.
- Enfoque proactivo y mentalidad de crecimiento.

We are looking to hire a senior professional with a functional-technical approach, capable of supporting both daily operations and the deployment of strategic and governance processes.
