En la Agencia Levante buscamos un/a profesional SAP Basis Administrator para colaborar en el marco de proyectos internacionales de un cliente referente en su actividad principal. Formarás parte de un equipo multicultural con interlocución en inglés siendo responsable de las siguientes funciones: Realizar instalaciones de aplicaciones SAP, aplicar parches, actualizaciones y brindar soporte de producción para múltiples productos SAP. Administración de HANA, incluyendo la configuración y gestión de alta disponibilidad (HA) y réplicas de nodos HANA. Realizar tareas diarias de administración y soporte. Supervisar, identificar e implementar mejoras de rendimiento de la base de datos Oracle/HANA según lo requieran los sistemas SAP. Asistir en el dimensionamiento de las aplicaciones SAP y sus componentes. Realizar copias de clientes y sistemas. Realizar todas las tareas asociadas con la gestión del transporte, incluyendo la documentación rigurosa de todos los transportes aplicados. Configurar soluciones de monitorización y copias de seguridad. Programa y supervisa las tareas de copia de seguridad. Realizar copias de seguridad y restauraciones ad hoc, según lo requieran los puntos focales autorizados. Supervisar y optimizar proactivamente todos los sistemas y clientes de SAP para garantizar un rendimiento adecuado según los parámetros establecidos. Realizar la administración de seguridad de SAP: creación de nuevos roles de trabajo, creación de nuevas cuentas de usuario, asignación de roles de trabajo a cuentas de usuario, etc. Realizar la resolución de problemas, la gestión y resolución de incidentes de forma oportuna. Informar y coordinar con SAP los problemas relacionados con el producto y colaborar con SAP según sea necesario para acciones especiales como claves de acceso, etc. Proponer nuevos estándares y mantener los procedimientos operativos estándar (POE) aprobados de SAP NetWeaver/Basis. Colaborarnamiento para las bases de datos HANA/Oracle que sustentan los entornos SAP. Cumplir y hacer cumplir los procedimientos de gestión de cambios/transferencia. Ofrecer sugerencias y estrategias para una transferencia de conocimientos eficaz.
