Technical Account Manager

or our client, we need Technical Account Managers for the Mobile World Congress 2019 that will start to work at the end of this year.

 

Functions:

  • To contact personally the assigned clients (exhibitors at Mobile World Congress MWC) to assure their needs and requirements are satisfied.
  • To assure that the orders are properly processed and validated in the system. Coordinate with the Fira administrative department.
  • To contact personally clients who have had relevant incidents and to assure that the appropriate measures have been adopted for the best client experience and satisfaction. Coordinate with the technical people.
  • To support personally rogues' management accompanying the WI-FI regulators in the critical cases.
  • To schedule and take part in the deliveries of VIP clients' services and to assure that their needs have been satisfied.
  • To assure the revenue objectives for the assigned area are achieved and report out deviations.
  • Key responsibility areas:
    • Engagement and sales:
      • To develop the engagement and communication process with the exhibitors. Assure the MWC IT policies are well understood.
      • To offer IT services and technical solutions to the exhibitors.
      • To coordinate with administrators and technical management for ad-hoc technical solutions.
      • To coordinate with the Fira administrative department and assure invoicing-deployment consistency.
    • Deliveries:
      • Assure the quality of the exhibitor service deployment and deliveries with special focus on VIP exhibitors. Give support to deployment team when interacting with the exhibitors.
    • Incident management:
      • Follow-up of the incidents and support technical staff for the communication with exhibitors
      • Assure the best experience and final satisfaction with incidents especially for VIP exhibitors.
    • Business case and rogue management:
      • Develop the business case with exhibitors and coordinate with the technical team. Manage the BC communication process.
      • Follow-up of critical rogues coordinated with technical team.
    • Reporting
      • Generate the appropriate reporting for all the activities.
      • Communicate relevant information and highlights to manager.
      • Assurance of the revenue and invoicing quality with all the stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Education: Valuable University degree in Technical discipline.
  • Valuable Business Management.
  • Experience: More than 3 years in customer oriented IT service technical account management.
  • Valuable experience in events with IT services/products.
  • Communications Infrastructures: WIFI, TCP/IP networking and mobile communications.
